Most of your mangoes will arrive ripe and ready to eat. Because we never use carbide or artificial ripening agents, a few may still be slightly green from being orchard fresh. Yes, always. Carbide ripened fruit ripens unevenly, can taste artificial, and isn't something we'd serve our own families. Every box we send is hand picked to export grade and left to ripen naturally, with nothing added.
